All your questions about v786, answered here

Yes, v786 has no fixed time restrictions on withdrawals. Any day of the week, at any hour — night or early morning — you can submit a withdrawal request. Our payment team is active around the clock, so processing does not stop on weekends or public holidays. Request whenever you like and the process will get started.

Withdrawals at v786 generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to complete. Mobile banking methods like bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are often faster. Bank transfers may take a little longer due to the bank's own processing time. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Seeing a "Pending" status for a short time after submitting is normal — it is part of the verification process. If it stays pending beyond the expected time (more than 3 hours), contact us directly via live chat or [email protected] by email. If your account details are already verified, it is usually resolved quickly.

You need to meet the wagering requirement before withdrawing bonus winnings. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager 20 times that amount — i.e. ৳20,000 — in bets. Keep in mind that wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on your deposited funds. Once the requirement is met, follow the standard withdrawal process.

v786 has two support channels. First, you can start a live chat directly from any page on the site — this is the fastest option. Second, for detailed issues you can send an email to [email protected]. Trained teams are active day and night on both channels.

Absolutely. The v786 support team assists in both Bengali and English. Our team is comfortable communicating in Bengali, keeping Bangladeshi players in mind. So even if you do not know English, there is nothing to worry about — ask in Bengali and you will get your answer in Bengali.

To speed things up, have a few details ready: the email address or phone number registered on your account, a brief description of the issue, and — if applicable — the transaction reference number or a screenshot. With this information on hand, the support agent can identify and resolve your issue more quickly.

v786 support is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Late at night, early morning, or midday — contact us anytime via live chat or email and an agent will be there for you. Support does not stop on big match days or during festivals.

Yes, v786 offers betting on domestic tournaments like BPL as well as international competitions like the ICC T20 World Cup and IPL, across various formats. Markets for international matches and local tournaments sit side by side on the same platform, so you do not need a separate account.

v786 offers live in-play betting. That means even after a match has started, you can place bets on various markets — when the next wicket will fall, how many runs will be scored in the next over, and many other options. Odds change as the live match updates, so make your decisions carefully.

If a match is abandoned or declared a "No Result" due to rain or any other reason, v786 generally cancels all bets on that match and refunds the full stake. For a single bet, the full amount returns to your balance. For multi-bet accumulators, the cancelled match is removed and the odds for the remaining bets are recalculated. Check the terms and conditions for full details.

Decimal odds are straightforward. Say Bangladesh's odds are 2.50 in a Bangladesh vs India match. If you bet ৳100 and win, you get back ৳100 × 2.50 = ৳250 (profit of ৳150). The higher the odds, the less likely the outcome and the bigger the reward. Always bet within your means.

After opening an account at v786, the welcome bonus is automatically activated on your first deposit. You will receive a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,000, making your total balance ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳18,000, the bonus is capped at ৳8,000, giving a total of ৳26,000. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

The wagering requirement is the total amount you must bet before you can withdraw bonus winnings. At v786 this rate is 20x and is calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered — after that, bonus winnings can be withdrawn. You can withdraw your deposited money at any time; the condition applies to the bonus only.

No. The welcome bonus is available once only per player. If the same person attempts to claim this bonus repeatedly by opening a new account or using the same device/payment method, it will be considered a violation of the rules and the account may be suspended. This policy applies equally to everyone in the interest of fairness.

Yes, bonuses at v786 have a set expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time after the bonus is activated, the bonus and any winnings from it will be cancelled. The specific expiry period is stated in the terms of each offer — please read it carefully when claiming a bonus. If you have any questions, ask support.

Live roulette is essentially a spinning wheel game with pockets numbered 0 to 36. You can bet in various ways — on a specific number, groups of numbers, color (red/black), or odd/even. When the live dealer spins the wheel, the number where the ball lands wins. For beginners, betting on red/black or odd/even is a good starting point.

v786's live casino has a variety of tables designed with players of different budgets in mind. There are low-limit tables for smaller budgets and high-limit VIP tables for larger budgets. When you enter the lobby, the current limits for each table are clearly displayed, making it easy to choose the table that suits you.

Yes, v786's live casino is fully mobile-friendly. Android or iOS — open it in any smartphone browser and enjoy high-definition live streaming. For the best experience, a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or 4G) is recommended. There is no need to download a separate app.

In a live dealer game, video is streamed in real time from a professional studio or casino floor. A trained dealer deals cards or spins the wheel in real time and you watch it on your screen. Your bets and decisions are sent digitally. It bridges the distance and gives you the feel of a real casino — all operated through secure and transparent technology.

Baccarat is a straightforward card game where you bet on one of three outcomes: "Player", "Banker", or "Tie". The dealer deals cards into two hands; the hand whose total is closest to 9 wins. In counting card values, 10, Jack, Queen, and King are all counted as zero. Because there are not many decisions to make, it is quite popular among beginners.
